Yin Yoga allows you to connect to your softer side a more feminine style of Yoga, A more inward practice where you will be guided into the Asanas ( postures ) and held there for a longer period of time for a deep stretch and release. This practice teaches us to slow down to stop striving and to simply just Be, often found to be more meditative and relaxing.
