Yoga has become a way of life for me, its fuels my soul it nurtures my body and calms my mind, from the moment I roll out my Yoga mat I feel at home. I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic flowing style of yoga, it is great to build strength, flexibility and mobility, you will find yourself been guided into self through moving your body in a way the is soul affirming.

Yin Yoga  allows you to be soft, kind and gentle, which in time will allow you to surrender and let go. Yin Yoga is a more inward style of Yoga where you hold the Yoga Asana for a little longer for a deep release. It can be very meditative and super relaxing.

Master your breath, let the self be in bliss, contemplate on the sublime within you.
